Consultation by qualified volunteers by phone or e-mails is available free of
charge in either Japanese or English.

No need to provide any personal information.

All calls are answered by qualified and certified volunteers including clinical social workers, psychologists, mental health counselors, nurses, and/or doctors so that we can respond to a wide range of problems. Anonymity and confidentiality of our clients are a priority. However, we are obligated by law to report to the appropriate authority anyone who may pose an imminent risk, either to him/herself or to others.
